Instructions for Applicants

1. Application Procedure:
   Candidates must apply online via www.hit.gov.pk and send a printed copy of the application along with attested copies of educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, and two recent passport-sized photographs via post to:

   within 15 days of this advertisement.

2. Age Relaxation:

   • General age relaxation will be given as per government policy.

   • Additional age relaxation for retired army personnel and disabled persons is applicable.

3. Shortlisting:
   Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.

4. Government Employees:
   Candidates already employed in government or semi-government institutions should apply through proper channels with NOC.

5. Quota:
   Quotas for women, minorities, and disabled persons will be implemented as per government rules.

6. Character Requirement:
   Retired army personnel must have an Exemplary Character certificate in their discharge documents.

7. Disqualification:
   Applications will be rejected if any information is found to be false or incomplete.

8. Selection Process:
   HIT reserves the right to cancel any recruitment without assigning any reason.

9. TA/DA:
   No TA/DA will be given for the test/interview.

10. Contractual Terms:
    Appointments will be purely on contract basis. Extension depends on performance.

11. Skill/Trade Test:
    For skilled/trade posts, a skill test will be conducted in addition to interviews.

12. Submission Deadline:
